Kassandra

In 2020, Kassandra James graduated at the top of her class from the MTTI Medical Assistant Program with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Fairfax Acne & Dermatology Services is proud to have her as part of our team! She is nationally certified as a Registered Medical Assistant and holds additional certifications in EKG, Phlebotomy, EHR, HIPAA, CPR, and First Aid. Kassandra has also undergone advanced training in Acne Blue Light Therapy, Photodynamic Blue Light Therapy for precancers, Microdermabrasion, and Chemical Peels, making her an expert in delivering these treatment modalities.

In 2023, Kassandra was promoted to Lead Medical Assistant at our practice. In this leadership role, she plays a critical part in patient communication, handling the majority of clinical calls. She ensures our patients receive timely and accurate information regarding test results, procedures, diagnoses, and medications. Additionally, she collaborates closely with Diana to provide regular patient updates.

Kassandra is passionate about sharing her knowledge and mentoring future medical professionals. She has guided students from MTTI and East Providence High School who selected our practice for their clinical rotations, inspiring the next generation in the medical field.

Kassandra’s kindness, warmth, knowledge, and exceptional care make her an invaluable member of our team. A Rhode Island native, she is engaged to a wonderful young man, with their wedding set for September 2026. In her free time, she enjoys dining out, taking adventurous rides on his motorcycle, and spending quality time with friends, family, and especially her beloved nieces.
