Stacey graduated with a 4.0 GPA from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Medical Coding and Billing. She has over 12 years of experience as a Medical Billing Specialist, with four years dedicated to Dermatology. She's an expert at navigating the complexity of health insurance claims processing and applies her knowledge of medical billing to solve problems and provide efficient solutions.

 

She values customer service, and is committed to providing the best overall patient experience. Stacey encourages patients and their families to feel comfortable contacting her with any health insurance questions or concerns. She will go above and beyond to help you understand the often confusing specifics of your own plan - including what is and is not covered. She can help educate you regarding the referral process, which is a patient responsibility.

Aside from loving her job and the people she works with. Stacey loves and treasures the time she spends with her husband, 4 children and her daughter-in-law.  Her hobbies include gardening, reading, crocheting, cooking or relaxing by a pool or the beach.
